This Board's duties include the licensure and discipline of clinical laboratory personnel. The members include: one physician recommended by the North Dakota pathology organization; one administrative non-physician clinical laboratory director; one clinical laboratory scientist; one clinical laboratory technician; two consumers; and the state health officer or designee as an ex-officio member.
