The Commission has the authority to investigate complaints against any judge in the state and to conduct hearings concerning the discipline, removal or retirement of any judge. No member shall serve more than two three-year terms. One District Judge; one County Judge; one attorney; and four citizens appointed by the governor who are not judges, lawyers, or retired judges serve on the Commission.
