| The Board licenses plumbers and handles disciplinary actions. Members appointed by governor: one master plumber with five years experience, one journeyman plumber with five years experience, one registered professional engineer practicing mechanical engineering in North Dakota, and one representative of consuming public. One member is appointed by the Health Department. |
