| The State Board for Career and Technical Education reviews and approves the budget for the agency, and approves the appointment of personnel in the state agency. It reviews the accreditation of all vocational technical schools, approves CTE program offerings, and provides authorization to operate for all private postsecondary institutions. Of the nine members, six are appointed by the governor with one from each district specified in NDCC § 15.1-01-01. Two members must be members of the North Dakota School Boards Association. |
