BISMARCK, N.D. - Governor John Hoeven Monday will provide media with a progress report at the halfway mark of the recent round of Game & Fish Regional Advisory Board Meetings. The media availability will follow an Advisory Board meeting with the Governor and Director of Game and Fish, Dean Hildebrand.
