Hoeven to Announce Decision on Pheasant Hunting Opener, Access Plans
BISMARCK, N.D. - Governor John Hoeven will announce plans for the pheasant hunting opener after receiving input from the Game and Fish Regional Advisory Board. He will also discuss plans to increase compensation and incentives for landowners to create more access for hunters.
