Hoeven To Proclaim Start Of Lewis & Clark Bicentennial
BISMARCK, N.D. - Gov. John Hoeven will hold a news conference Friday, January 10 at 10 a.m. in the Governor’s Conference Room of the State Capitol to officially announce the beginning of the three-and-one-half year long Lewis & Clark Bicentennial on January 18. Hoeven will be in Charlottesville, Virginia next week for the national kickoff of the commemoration.
Joining the Governor will be Department of Commerce Tourism Director Sara Otte Coleman and Tourism’s Lewis & Clark Coordinator Rachel Retterath.
