Statement Of Gov. John Hoeven On The Death Of Former Representative William Pietsch
BISMARCK, N.D. - Gov. John Hoeven today issued the following statement in response to the death of former Rep. William Pietsch of Casselton:
“It was with great sadness that we learned of the death of former Rep. Bill Pietsch, who served District 22 with real distinction. He was a leader not only in his district, but also a longtime leader in the NDSU Extension Service and the North Dakota Farm Bureau. He was a tireless advocate and promoter of North Dakota agriculture and agriculture education. He will be greatly missed.”
