Statement Of Gov. John Hoeven On Today's Updated Revenue Forecast
BISMARCK, N.D. - Gov. John Hoeven today issued the following statement today in response to the Office of Management and Budget’s updated revenue forecast based on data from Moody’s Economy.com, the state’s financial consulting firm:
“The state’s most recent forecast makes clear that our development efforts are moving our economy in the right direction, with the prospect of sustained growth in the future,” Hoeven said. “This growth gives us the resources we need to fund our priorities, like education, law enforcement, and taking care of people in need, while at the same time, providing North Dakotans with meaningful property tax relief and a healthy reserve for the future.”
