Hoeven: Diesel Fuel Due In Fargo Early Next Week, Supplies To Stay Available In Minot
Governor Works With Extension Service To Establish Diesel Exchange

BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. John Hoeven today said Cenex Petroleum officials will deliver approximately 2 million gallons of diesel to Fargo, beginning with a shipment due to arrive early next week. Supplies will become available from the CHS refinery in Laurel, Mont., which is now producing at full capacity. In addition, Minot will remain on allocation, but supplies should continue to be available.

Hoeven also said that his office has worked with the North Dakota State University Extension Service to add a diesel exchange to its FeedList website. FeedList is a Web site that brings together agriculture buyers and sellers who have or need feedstuffs, such as hay, corn or pasture. Individuals in need of diesel fuel can now add their names, and others can post information if they have some extra they would be willing to sell. There is no charge to have entries posted. It can be accessed at www.ag.ndsu.edu/feedlist/.
